More than just a class, Movement Culture is a journey through dance and mindfulness. Each session combines sculpt training with meditative breath work and dance cardio to create a kick ass, full body sweat, that leaves you feeling strong and empowered. (Think Deepak Chopra…but transported to a nightclub). All movements are choreographed to the music, and thoroughly explained, leaving everyone in the room feeling comfortable, challenged, and free. Find release in a safe space where you can shake your a$$, and sweat what isn’t serving you.
