Nina is a lifelong believer in the importance of physical training to benefit the mind - body - spirit connection. She grew up a dancer and since then hasn't stopped moving, literally. Post-college, Nina danced professionally for the NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers while studying yoga and training to be a group fitness instructor. She has taught at some of NYC's top boutique studios across a variety of class types and is an ambassador for the Athleta brand.

Tatiana’s training methods are HIIT, strength training and Pilates-inspired moves that leave you stronger than you first walked in.

Mark is a lifelong athlete who played professional volleyball all over the world. She keeps you safe with a strong focus on alignment and technique and pumps you up with killer playlists. She encourages and motivates you to find your strength- inside and out. Gabby holds a degree in Film, Television and Theatre from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified barre instructor.
