HIIT RESTORE

HIIT Restore is a full body workout and a full body recovery in one 50 minute class. 30 minutes of a tough HIIT circuit followed by 20 minutes of stretching and restoring the body back to alignment. Each class targets different muscle groups followed by corresponding stretches to lengthen those same muscles. You’ll get the full body sweat you love, and leave feeling lengthened and rejuvenated. Let’s teach ourselves that cross training is the way to stronger, more aligned bodies and minds.
