THE CLASSES

What type of classes can I take at Fithouse?

Fithouse is the All Class Club and we offer a variety of classes including Sculpt, Yoga, Trampoline, High-Intensity Interval Training, Dance and more. Check out all our classes here.

What do I wear?

Whatever you enjoy working out in and feel great in. Sneakers are required for some classes, you can read which ones require sneakers here.

What is a Fithouse class like?

Simply stated, FUN. All Fithouse classes are designed to not only give you an incredible workout, but allow you to have 45 minutes to escape your day and devote time to yourself.

I’ve never worked out before, will I be able to keep up?

All of our classes are designed for any level. Whether your a fitness first-timer or seasoned expert, the vibe is welcoming and our instructors will guide you through an epic experience.

Do I need any of my own equipment?

Nope. Just your body, we’ll provide the rest.

How old do you have to be to take class?

18. We offer special events and private classes that are suitable for all age groups.

Do you offer corporate programs, events or private classes?

Yes, we offer spot blocks, private classes and off-site experiences. Email [email protected] for all inquiries.

It’s my first time, how far in advance should I arrive?

We recommend arriving to the studio 15 minutes before class time to get a tour, stash your stuff and get ready for class.

Something came up. Can I cancel?

If you need to cancel class, please do so by clicking into your account. Please note, classes canceled less than 12 hours before the class start time will result in a $15 fee if you currently have a Fithouse membership. If you have a class pack, a late cancel will result in a forfeited class. If you need help, you can email your studio directly.

What’s the waitlist policy?

Class Attendees must be checked in 4 minutes before class start. If you have not signed in 4 minutes before the class starts, your spot may be given away to someone on the waitlist at the studio. If you are running late, please call the studio and you will be let into class up to 2 minutes after class start time.

What amenities do you offer at your studios?

All studios offer a variety of amenities which can be found on our studio pages here. All locations offer complimentary towels, lockers with locks, bathrooms and changing areas. Water is available for purchase.

Where will future Fithouse locations be?

Do I need to create an account?

Yes, it’s super simple and can be done directly on our webpage. If you need help, you can email us: [email protected]

Do I have to buy a class package or membership?

Whatever you prefer. We offer a variety of monthly membership and class pack options, check them out here. Pick whatever suits you and if you want to take us for a spin first, we offer a first time rate where you purchase one class and the second one is on us.

When do classes become available?

The class schedule opens by the 24th of every month for the following month. The Premium Unlimited Membership allows you early access class booking on the 20th of every month for the following month.

Do you have a waitlist?

Yes, you can claim a spot on the waitlist if a class is sold out and if a spot opens up, you’ll be notified ASAP.

What is the cancelation policy for monthly memberships?

In order to avoid auto-renewal for the following month, you must request to cancel your membership at least 30 days in advance before the start of your next billing cycle. Please note that cancellation is effective only once confirmed by our Support team.

How can I cancel within the first month of my membership?

We’re sorry to hear you’re interested in changing your membership at FH! We offer a strict 5-day refund policy from the date of your first monthly purchase. 

In order to avoid auto-renewal for the following month post 5-days, you must request to cancel your membership at least 30 days in advance before the start of your next billing cycle. Please note that refunds/cancellations are effective only once confirmed by our Support team. Do monthly memberships automatically renew?

Your Fithouse monthly membership will automatically renew each month, at the start of your next billing cycle. When your membership renews, you will be billed for a new month of membership with an email confirmation.

Can I freeze my monthly membership?

We can place memberships on hold for up to 3 months due to a medical emergency. Please forward your doctor’s note to [email protected] and we’ll take care of it. 
Please note: we do not freeze or suspend memberships for travel and/or work-related reasons.

Do classes carry over into the next month if unused?

Classes roll over week to week, not month to month. Be sure to pop into the studio & attend all classes before your next month!

When is my next billing cycle?

The day that you purchase your membership is also the first day of your membership; you will be billed 30 days later from date of purchase.
For example: if you purchase a membership today, your membership begins today and your next billing cycle will be 30 days from today’s date.
Memberships do not begin on the date of your first class, so we recommend signing up when you’re ready to get into the studio!
