This is a higher intensity pilates/barre class that fuses together intervals of strength conditioning and core work leaving no muscle untouched. It intermixes functional training, pilates-based movements, barre work and cardio elements to rev up your metabolism building lean muscle mass. It incorporates various level changes, multiplanar movements using resistance bands, mini stability balls, gliders, ankle weights, as well as your own body weight for exercises.
